Get Closer Aim While Zooming

I found This While Using an M164A Acog Scope On Afgan

How to do this:

While aiming (Left Trigger on the Xbox 360) press Y twice fast so its as if you switch your weapon and switch back really fast. You can tell that it gives you a slightly closer zoom.

Note

This does not work with snipers as far as I know.
